Responsibilities

Qualifications

Project Manager - Mechanical/Environmental (Cork, Ireland)

Role Purpose

To manage and coordinate the design, construction, commissioning, and handover activities associated with on-site Mechanical and Process upgrade works. Preferably with 5 years experience and suitable qualifications within the Mechanical Engineering and or Environmental Engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Management, supervision, and coordination of a team of foremen, engineers, safety personnel & document control and field installations
  • Representing the interests of the project at client meetings & participating in and documentation of project coordination meetings
  • Monitor and document job site safety and accident prevention.
  • Construction planning & scheduling
  • Procurement and expediting of material & equipment
  • Mechanical and systems coordination
  • Project cost review, reporting, updating, and accounting
  • Research and suggest options on construction means, methods and equipment

  • Coordination of all EPS internal aspects of the project deliverables. This includes mechanical and electrical works and associated documentation. Preparation and completion of handover documentation, testing, commissioning, and process proving documentation.
  • Management of day-to-day communications & documentation with EPS Civil Sub-Contractors including Civil Design co-ordination between EPS civil designers and EPS civil sub-contractors.
  • Coordination of Environmental & Ecology requirements.
  • Maintain a site report sheet daily to capture, the times of all personnel on-site, a brief description of work done, and RE instructions. Delays - ESB etc (Mobile Work Order in development to track times on-site and areas of work being carried out but good practice to maintain diary until MWO is fully trialed and tested)
  • Update works program as required.
  • Provision of monthly site reports.
  • Carry out other relevant tasks as required from time to time by management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience & ability to manage, mentor, and improve team members.
  • Proficiency in PC skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Experience in mechanical & Electrical design and ability to review and interpret specifications.

Projects will be site based in Clare, Munster. Our client is a trusted provider of innovative, progressive and future proof products, solutions and services to the water sector. Our client is seeking to recruit a site-based project engineer from a civil/mechanical background to join their busy Contracts division. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Engineer to join a fast-paced and innovative company. As part of the engineering team, you will be responsible for the engineering activities on a specific project or multiple projects dependent on size and complexity. Projects will include municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants, drinking water treatment plants and various pumping stations. The activities associated with the project will vary and will be agreed upon with the Project Manager on an ongoing basis. You will support the design team through the process up to and including the onsite installation and commissioning.

  • Management of Health & Safety documentation and enforcement of safe work practices on site during all EPS installation.

Role Purpose

  • Fault finding and rectification where possible.

Responsibilities

  • Small to medium electrical installations of Water &Wastewater pumping and treatment systems
  • Fault finding.
  • Working with pumps, motors, Dosing equipment (incl Pumps & Controllers), Control Panels, and Instruments.
  • Working with PLC’s and general automation (not in-depth programming)
  • Completion of daily reports and H&S forms as required for day-to-day works on sites

Qualifications 

•A minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience within the Water or Wastewater treatment industry •Technical knowledge of 3-phase motors, pumps, dosing pumps and associated instrumentation •Fault finding in general •Working with pumps, motors, dosing equipment (including pumps & controllers), control panels, instruments •Familiarity with PLC’s, automation and telemetry would also be an advantage. •Proven ability to service, maintain & fault find electrical issues including verification of signals back to PLC for inputs and outputs as required for plant control functions •Familiarity with Treatment process’s being utilised in the water and wastewater industry. •Mandatory:

Our client is a complete end-to-end provider in the design, build, operation, and maintenance of water and wastewater assets & infrastructure in the municipal (Local authority), Industrial Food and Beverage/Dairy/Pharmaceutical) markets.

Responsibilities.

  • Project manage all aspects of water and wastewater pumping and treatment installations primarily focused on Mechanical/Electrical/ICA requirements with minor civil works included.
  • On Contract award, review tender submissions and develop a plan for contract delivery.
  • Take the lead on Contract Design, considering innovative solutions and opportunities for off-site manufacture.
  • Lead & mentor a team of engineers in the delivery of new & existing contracts.

Role Purpose

Create, Maintain and expand the relationship and continuity with the clients in the FinTech and Banking Industry.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen corporate relationships with the client, focused on their representatives before the project, as well as with the areas that manage contracting with the supplier.
  • Prepare and present the plan of strategies to be implemented to maintain the assigned accounts.
  • Formulate strategies to find ways to retain and increase customers.
  • Plan, organize, implement and execute strategies aimed at meeting business objectives.
  • Take full responsibility for the generation and presentation to the client of the commercial proposal in support of the pre-sales area.
  • Provide the commercial information required by the pre-sales area for the preparation of proposals.
  • Support pre-sales in the preparation of proposals under the commercial approach and refine the topics that it considers pertinent.
  • Support the contracting and billing processes by reviewing the conditions agreed with the client and the documents generated in the organization

Qualifications 

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience selling a CRM/SaaS to mid level companies in the Banking, Finance, and Fintech industries.
  • Must have a combination of both IT/Technical + Banking/Fintech experience
  • Technical - MUST have knowledge of technology SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS
  • Must have contacts in the financial sector which will allow for Market expansion

Responsibilities

  • Training new employees in Field Service • Validating sites together with Site Acquisition Consultants if applicable for site walks • Planning/coordination of site walks with Landlords/Municipalities • Planning/coordination of Bautechnische Begehungen with Landlords, Municipalities and partnered construction companies (SITER, Fuchs, CTeam etc.) • Planning efficient routing to save time and costs • Execution of site walks (on-site photos, access inspection, evaluating access for trucks/crane) including documentation in Fastfield • Meeting with Landlords/Municipalities, answering questions regarding the site acquisition process • Data preparation for uploading site walk candidates into Netsuite • Execution of BTB's, meeting with all involved parties onsite, representing our company (and the landlord in case of absence) • Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovative individuals
