Senior Implementation Consultant – AML (Malta)

They are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join their own product team in the FinTech division. The product portfolio encompasses solutions targeting high-end transaction monitoring and compliance requirements. They have built a solid client base in both the financial and iGaming industries and are looking to grow their team and expand their market presence further across the globe.

Role Purpose

Work with clients in the FinTech industries to design, configure and deploy solutions, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the solution.

Responsibilities

  • Mapping business requirements and processes and applying the necessary configuration changes to the product.
  • Analyse problems, design and implement solutions
  • Gain knowledge in the industry to contribute to continuous improvement of the product.
  • Support the business development team with Pre-Sales initiatives
  • Attend support calls

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in implementing software projects, or relevant experience in the FinTech industry
  • A tertiary-level degree in Business and/or IT
  • Experience in managing requirements and configuration of enterprise-grade setups
  • Experience in integration and data-centric projects
  • Strong experience in managing and manipulating data, including SQL and database management
  • Solid time-management and communication skills
  • Logical thinking and ability to guide customers towards clean and effective solutions
  • Methodical and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • A commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality products is essential.

Desired

  • Knowledge and experience in the fields of AML, Responsible Gambling or Fraud
  • Knowledge and experience working with Gaming, Banking and Financial Services
  • Basic knowledge of REST-API-based integrations
  • Experience working with big-data systems
  • Experience in using Apache Kafka and Apache Spark
